What roti means

roti is written روٹی in the Urdu script and means flatbread in English. It is taught in the Daily Life at Home lessons under Kitchen.

Forms of roti

roti is feminine and ends in -i: the plural adds -yaan (rotiyaan) and the oblique plural -yon (rotiyon). The singular does not change before a postposition.
