By using BolNama you agree to these terms. They are short and written to be read.
The service
BolNama is an Urdu learning app that runs entirely in your browser: the alphabet, vocabulary lessons, grammar, verb conjugations, stories, poetry, culture notes, and spaced-repetition practice. Content is educational and provided for personal learning and reference. It is not a substitute for a teacher, professional translator, or formal language assessment.
Premium subscriptions and billing
The alphabet, vocabulary browser, poetry, culture, bookmarks, and audio are free. Optional Premium unlocks every lesson module, the complete grammar course, all stories and verb conjugations, and spaced-repetition practice across the full word list. Payments are processed by RevenueCat and Stripe — BolNama never sees your card details. Weekly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a one-time payment. Premium access is recognised through this browser's local storage, so keep your receipt email and access code to restore access on another device or after clearing browser data.
Refunds
If something is wrong with your purchase, contact [email protected] from the email address on your receipt and we will make it right. Statutory refund rights in your country are not affected by these terms.
Your data and backups
Your progress, bookmarks, and settings live only in this browser's localStorage (see Privacy). You are responsible for keeping your receipt email and access code; clearing browser data removes local progress permanently.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
BolNama's lessons, word lists, recordings, and design are protected by copyright. You may use them for personal study, but you may not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the content, or interfere with the app or its hosting infrastructure.
Disclaimer and liability
BolNama is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
